TUESDAY 17th APRIL - The Paul Riley Quintet!

After another heavyweight double bill at the Amersham last night from the Acclaimed MA and Joe Wright's duo with James Maddren the SECollective are very excited to present Paul Riley's wonderful quintet next week!

Featuring Paul on Alto saxophone, with Ant Law on Guitar, Rob Baron on Piano, Loz Garret on Bass and Dave Hamblett on drums, the group will be playing Pauls contemporary and lyrical compositions influenced by the likes of Kurt Rosenwinkel, Pat Metheny, Gwylim Simcock, and Ari Hoenig.

As ever, it’s £3 entry before 8.30, £5 after, and promises to be another killing night down in New Cross - and for any North Londoners who haven't yet joined us, the legendary Amersham Arms is opposite New Cross station; with regular services on the East London Line and only 5 minutes from London Bridge station!

There's a great preview of the Quintet here:

See you down at the Amersham next tuesday...
