Tuesday 10th July - Gareth Lockrane Big Band
The SECollective is proud to welcome this explosive all-star jazz orchestra playing Gareth's original compositions fusing contemporary jazz with funk, hard bop, cinematic, gospel and world music influences.

A quick scan of the line-up reads like a who's-who of the UK jazz scene so this is bound to be a sell-out show, we recommend getting down to the Amersham early!

Gareth Lockrane (leader + flutes)
Nigel Hitchcock, Brandon Allen, Sam Mayne, Graeme Blevins, Bob Mckay, (saxes)
Adrian Fry, Mark Nightingale, Tom White, Lewis Edney(trombones)
Steve Fishwick, Craig Wild, Tom Walsh, Henry Collins (trumpets)
Tom Cawley (piano/organ) Phil Robson (guitar) Ryan Trebilcock (bass) Tristan Maillot (drums) and Jez Wiles (percussion).

"Lockrane is an exceptional soloist with an improvisatory confidence that's quite startling" jazzwise
