Hot on the heels of the success
of last month’s SECollective All-stars collaboration, we’re back again this
Tuesday – same idea, different personnel. Alam Nathoo and Arthur Lea are this
time joined by reedsmen Sam Bullard and Ian Bumstead, Matt Ridley on Bass and
special guest drummer Lewis Wright.
As before, this unique sextet
will be building upon some long-standing musical relationships for this
one-time-only gig, bringing a mixture of material from a wide range of their
original projects. Expect quirky melodies, deep grooves and rich textures from
six of south-east London’s finest improvisers.
